Congratulations on the baby girl! We have one boy and two girls. Before I give you my suggestions I'll give you my story. When my son was going to be born we had a baby name book the doctors office gave us. We didn't find his name there (his name is James-Dean, after the late actor). We also picked a girls name just in case. It was a boy like my heart said it was. Seven months later we got pregnant with a girl! We decided to stay with the name we picked from the first baby name book and it suits her just fine. She is sweet, smart, and very girly: her name is Heaven. Not one of the other responses have it and I think it is a good girls name. Our other daughter is Vivian (after the actress Vivien Leigh from Gone With The Wind). This is also a nice name. I think Melinda is a good name (means beautiful in several languages) and is not too common (that's my daughter's name!). If you want to stick with a name that begins with C like your last name, Caitlyn or Cameron are nice. Check out the website I listed! They have THOUSANDS!
