Rome Total Realism, whatever the latest addition is. Most modders will agree with me that RTR is "the" mod.
It extends the map far into Asia and corrects a number of factual errors from Vanilla RTW (no Scythans, Egypt isn't all about chariots as it was in the old dynasties, etc.)
I think you'll enjoy it. I want to say RTR Platinum 7.5 is the most recent version released. Just google "Rome Total Realism" for download information.
