Well if you have a laptop that has floppy disk drive. There are some laptops that still use floppy disks, but due to durability the floppy disk on most laptops were faced out. So there is no way to transfer contents from the floppy disk to the laptop. You need to put the floppy disk on a desktop computer (which is standard with floppy disks) and save it on the flash drive. Many people are using flash drives instead of floppy disks because it is durable and has more memory.

If the laptop has no floppy drive, just email the contents of the disk from a PC that has a floppy drive. Open up the files on the laptop, and put them on the flash drive.

Yes...only if your laptop has both FLoppy disk drive and an USB Port to plug the flash drive.
If not...find an old computer with the floppy disk drive and copy the contents to the hard drive or email the contents to yourself.

You can, but only if your laptop has both a floppy drive and a USB port for the flash drive. If so, pull up "my computer" and open the floppy drive. Open "My computer" again and open the flash drive "the drive should of course be plugged into a USB port on your laptop. Select the files you want to copy from the floppy drive and drag them over to the flash drive.

Yes.
1. Find a computer with a floppy drive
2. Insert diskette
3. Insert USB flash drive, if computer doesn't have one then copy contents on the floppy and send as an email to yourself.
4. If you copied the floppy to your flash drive then insert it into laptop. Done.
5. If you emailed it to yourself, then go to your laptop and access your email account. Done

Yes. You either need a computer with a USB port and an internal floppy drive, or one or two USB ports and an external/portable floppy drive. If you have an internal or an external floppy drive and the flash drive hooked into your USB port, all you have to do is open both drives in two windows (in My Computer) and drag and drop the files from your floppy to the flash drive. If you only have one USB port and your floppy drive is external, then drag and drop the files from the floppy onto your desktop, unhook the drive, hook up the flash drive, and then drag and drop them from your desktop to the flash drive. Either way, voila, you're done.
