My Boyfriend dumped me. He won't tell me why but his friend who has lied to me (about something I will NOT dicuss here) after he broke up with me says he doesn't like me and that my ex-boyfriend has a health problem so they get... well... constip... to often and he had to go to the hospital and was absent for the school dance. Maybe... well I don't know but should I trust him?

if he's lied to you before, he'll probably lie to you again... the only way to find out for sure what happened is to ask your ex yourself.

I surely wouldn't trust the friend who has lied to you, and your boyfriend dumping you, move on...if he was sick or something, that doesn't matter or have anything to do with breaking up with you unless he has some STD, maybe that's what it is, in any case, go on , move on, there will be others just waiting for you..don't know your age, but, it's usually the same with all guys, they most of the time don't really know what they want...and they break-up and get back with you, but, let me tell you from plenty of experience, have two daughters in college...guys will come and go, family is what's important, so don't sweat the small things...and I've found out when I was in school, guys I wouldn't give it up for, you know what I'm talking about, would dump me then come back after they got some, and then when they wanted it again, and I wouldn't budge, they left...so if a guy dumps you and you don't know the reason, just leave it, be confident and move on...it may hurt now, but, you'll find just the right one for you...good luck

Well if your boyfriend himself dumped you in person then it doesn't really matter why he dumped you. You can't change his mind if you knew. If he don't like you find someone that will treat you good. Who wants to be with someone that has so much health problems anyway. You deserve someone that is open about themselves. If he has a health proble he should have told you at the being so you could both figure it out how to handle in the relationship. Who knows maybe he doesn't want you to feel sorry about him and his problems. Oh well. Just move on their is someone out their that will care about you.

Never trust someone who lies to you. Even if it is "a little white lie" because even the little ones can cause a lot of damage. I would be more willing to bet that your boyfriend had a real reason to break up with you, but wasn't sure how to tell you what it was.

No. dont trust him. Dont listen to second hand rumors. Go to the source, your ex-bf and just tell him you want to know why, not to pressure him but so you can understand. Then listen and dont pressure him or argue. At least then youll know.
