I would like to know if someone out there who knows about a device where I can -just shut down/ 'terminate' the music system without killing the tenants or getting into trouble. It's been about three years since these tenants moved in and I have tried almost everything.I callled the cops ,landlord .The cops just don't want to give them a ticket or summons .They said it's not important or an emergency.Called over 50 times.I installed new carpets etc.Moving to another apt/location would be expensive and very inconveinent.Any help or suggestions would be greattly appreciated.

I would have to suggest that you take responsibility for your own quality of life, and move somewhere else. Yes, moving can be expensive, but you've been tolerating this for 3 years?

If you've exhausted your options, MOVE.
