The most organized and well set up streaming anime site is http://www.animeviewer.net
It just links them from other sites, bolt, dailymotion, but there all in categories and by episode number so you dont have to go looking for them

My friend told me about a site called crunchyroll.com, (I'm pretty sure that's what it's called) and she uses it all the time. All you really have to do is look up "free anime" on google, and you are bound to find multiple sources.

1.copy the url

6.[Destination Video File] change Japan.flv to Japan.wmv/ Japan.avi/ Japan.mpeg.....just allow change to this 3 format
5.Encode,during converting,the interface will change to white and just wait a moment and exit out and you will find the download on your desktop.
