Someone starts to move on and the person that thought they only liked them alot, like a friend realises...

The thing to do about this is to Put yourself in that position. How would you feel if (person of interest) got hooked up with someone else?

People don't talk themselves into real love any more than they can just "wish" themselved into the NBA.
