The sun. Light symbolizes knowledge and the sun is the ultimate source of light for life, so it seems like a good truth symbol.
A five pointed star in a circle also symbolizes truth.

A question mark. Your truth isn't necessarily the same truth as someone else's. Your truth is a subjective thing relative to you so it is open to interpretation and question.

What about a heart with a circle around it. Love is the most powerful thing there is, "God is love" and God is truth. The circle cannot be broken so perhaps that will suffice.
