whats better, sbc high speed or comcast cable internet?

I have comcast at the moment, but my bill is like 80 bucks a month for internet and cable, is sbc any good?

Cable is faster than dsl (high speed). Depending on your computer use..for example if you're online often and for long periods of time you could benefit from a faster connection. Comcast has bundled services which include phone, internet and cable television. This could save you a lot of money in the long run. Pricing is based on your zip code. You need to go to comcast.com and enter your zipcode for pricing information.

To get the low price w/ sbc I think you already have to have sbc (or att) as your local carrier. If not, I'm not sure what the price is. Comcast is pricier but is faster overall--but to get the lower rate you have to have comcast cable tv already.

Heard it all, SBC ain't bad for DSL(answer courtesy of same). I pay a total home phone and DSL at 50$ a month, long distance on an NRA customer base(only reason I answered was your auto). Check out my 360 if you like, we're reloaders and shooters.

Comcast is faster because cable is faster that DSL, but yu might not be able to tell a big difference...especially if you don't do online gaming or anything that would take advantage of that faster speed. DSL should be plenty fast for you..and it is cheaper.

well i have direct tv, with only a sinal box..because if u get so many they will charge for every room u got one. so the bill comes like about 30. and the inter internet i have it from cable and comes to 34 every month and together is 65.
