Two questions for your guys: First of all, I am a huge Tiki Barber fan and am super upset that he is hanging it up. I watched the pro bowl just now and can't help but feel sad. What do you think the future holds for the Giant's running game? Does anyone thing Brandon Jacobs (or the 'the beast' as my family calls him) can actually get the job done? Also, do you guys think Vince Young is a flash in the pan kind of QB? I mean, he is a mixture of Mike Vick and Culpepper, i think. I personally think, he will get his legs tore up and amount to nothing...what do you think?

I have to agree I hate to see Tiki hang up the cleats. However, it I do think it is the best option for him. He has had a heck of a career and has a heck of a future in front of him in what ever he does. Why take the risk of ruining his future to play a couple more years. Like he said it's starting to take a toll on his body. You see guys that try to stay around this league to long and end up suffering from life altering injuries like multiple concussions.

As far as Jacobs go. I really like what he is used for now - short yardage situations. He is a beast. Keep him doing what he does best. If he starts getting 20-25 carries per game it is going to wear him out way to quick and drastically shorten his career.

As far as Young. I agree I do see a lot of Vick in him and a little Culpepper as well. He has the chance to be pretty good as long s he develops as an above average passer and stays healthy. He will never be a great passer and yes if his legs get torn up he's done.

The Giants running game should be steady, but Brandon Jacobs will take a lot of hits due to his running style and height. The Giants will probably draft someone in the latter rounds. As for Vince Young, the guy is the real deal. He's a winner and his passing skills are more advanced than Michael Vicks are. He'll end up being a better pocket passer than Vick due to his height advantage (Young is what? 6'4").

This is a funny question, one about a NY giant, and the other about a Tenn. Titan, and I am going to compare "the beast" to a titan. Hmm..........................

Jacobs is a beast your family is right!!! He's the biggest back in the league since Eddie George (a titan). Eddie worked out pretty well for the titans, and I think Jacobs will work out very well for the G men.

Obviously Tiki is a special back, and the run game for the giants will most likely fall off, but it will not be so much that Jacobs is not a very good back, as it will be that Tiki is / was a great back.

Vince Young is te real deal. Time will tell.. Watch out for Da bears next year. Congrat's colts fans.

I think Jacobs shows great promise. His YPC is fairly good even though his # of carries is low. He is a powerful back that can run through the opposing defense.

As for Young... I think he will be good. He is has the legs of Vick with a way more accurate cannon than Vick or Culpepper. He made the probowl and had a great record as a starter, almost rejuvinating the Titans into a playoff berth in only his rookie year. With training and experience he will blossom into a great player I think.

The real question is how many super bowls are my raiders gonna win once they draft Jamarcus Russel? :P

First of all, Brandon Jacobs will not be able to hold up in the running game for a full season. So they need to either draft a running back or get another in free agency.

Second, I think that Vince Young is going to be the Michael Vick that everyone thought he would be. Vince is going to make everyone who passed on him in the draft look dumb.

I think giants will go Rb witheir first pick. Marshawn Lynch and Jacobs could be a great Tandem.

As for Vince Young I'm not sure yet. He needs to fine tune his passing ability and get smarter with his passes. He runs well but he is not as fast as Vick so has to be careful because teams will start to figure him out. Should be sucessful if the Titans get a team aound him.

As far a the Giants run game goes I think they will be fine. My guess is that they will draft another RB or pick one up off the waiver. Vince Young will probably be good but like you said he has a high probability of getting hurt a lot. When he is experienced and healthy he will be as good as Culpepper or Mc Nabb for that matter. Don't count him out just yet.
