Crazy? Idealist?

I don't like many of their actions, but I am very anti-fur. That being said, I walked past some guy waving around a dead fox the other day and was really disturbed by it. That was just waaaay to far, there were kids around.

Any one else?

I think they're hypocrites.

PETA’s Mary Beth Sweetland should also answer for her own personal hypocrisy. Like more than ten million Americans, she’s diabetic. Sweetland injects herself daily with insulin that was tested on animals; she has conceded that her medicine “still contains some animal products -- and I have no qualms about it…. I don’t see myself as a hypocrite. I need my life to fight for the rights of animals.”

as an organization, they're fine, although they do pick some of their battles based on their own interests. an example was when they refused to help those horse and/or cattle that were stranded in colorado after those big snow storms. They refused to give money for that. But they'll help out in some other ways.
