Who is the best leader in the world ?

I hate to always be negative ---- and since I have another question going ( Who is the world's worst leader ? ) I figure ... at the same time, I might as well ask "Who is the world's best leader ? It can be the leader of a naton ..... a company ..... a religion .... a group ..... whatever ..... Who, out there is leading a number of people in a way that is wise and prosperous ????? ( If you have time ..... answer my other question too ... ) THanks !!!
