I orderd three ink cartrages from them, trying to save a coulple bucks, I have a Dell 922 printer. Not only did it take twice as long to get my F... ink, they were empty!! well the two coclor ones were the black one was half full, Now I have to send it back, wait 14+ days for my refund. I would never recomend anyone try this. 123Inkjets is a joke, not a reputable company, No wonder I was saving so much moneySo I needed my ink, I was desperate to get me projects done, now after the 8 day wait to rtecieve it, there will be an 8 day return, then another 14+ days before a refund. I could have spent 15.00 more and gotten great ink in 3 days. Oh well you live and you learn

Yes, they have had problems keeping their workers over the past years. Orders get backed up, quality control goes out the window. Their inks seem to have a short shelf life, so that when you use a cartridge beyond their warrantied period and it doesn't work correctly, you're out of luck. I've sent cartridges back and forth for up 3 cycles trying to get ones that work. Finally, I gave up on them when Rapid Refill Ink came to town.

The best refillers I've found is Rapid Refill Inks. It's a franchise. See if there is one in your area. Problem with a refill? No big deal, they'll either fix or replace it on the spot. You can even sometimes trade them cartridges of one printer model for those of another, provided the ones you give them aren't opened or expired. Their inks for HP 26 tend to sit and clog if you don't use the printer about once/wk, but the other blacks work well. Their colors are somewhat off, but for most work that isn't critical.

I've placed several multicartridge orders with 123Inkjets and only had a problem with one cartridge which they replaced with no problem.

I understand and appreciate your frustration, but perhaps next time don't wait until the last minute to place an order......... With them or any company for that matter.
