is there a vidio or websight i can go to, to se how this is done? i want to redew my kitchen myself because everyone is so exspensive. thanks!

Not a problem. Establish the bottom of the cabinets and mark this line. Screw a 1 x 2 so the top of this board is at this line. Lift the cabinets up and set them on the board one-at-a time. Have someone hold the cabinet while you put screws thru the back of the cabinet into the wall and into a stud. DO NOT use drywall crews to hang the cabinets, they are brittle.
Gorilla Glue is a great product but I wouldn't trust it in this application

If you are not replacing existing cabinets, then measure your kitchen carefully and go to a cabinet place or home depot and they will plan it with you. As far as installation, If I am working alone, I make a stand to set the cabinets at the right height, put them on it and screw the cabinets into the studs. GLUE WON'T WORK.

There are hanging rail systems available that are very easy to install. Check Home Depot or Lowe's and ask them about hanging systems.

Get yourself some Gorilla Glue. Apply a long stream to the top backside of each cabinet. Place cabinet along running support board along bottom Wait about 15 minutes for Gorilla to grip on
You are then DONE
