Cold start system may need attention. It it turns over slowly the battery may be failing, the colder it gets the less efficient the battery is.

Yes dear, you have to be more specific. But first suggestion I would give is try turning the ignition switch to start. If that has been tried, what does the vehicle do? Does it crank? Does it make clicking sounds ? Does it do absolutely nothing. Does it ...what?
