Nah, it's all up to how much pain she can handle, and what you can deal with. I've had several piercings-nipples, lip, tongue, ears, nose, eyebrow, hood-but I've got a high tolerance for pain, so that's just me.
As long as it's done in a safe, clean environment, and she takes care of her piercings, infection won't be a problem.
Yes, piercings are an expensive habit-just like tattoos, they can be addictive, but as I said before as long as you care for them, you'll never have a problem.

Her Virginia? I guess I have never heard of that girl part! I wouldn't pierce my vagina though. I never heard of those things about belly button piercings. I can not see how it would interfere with pregnancy as it is no where near any of those parts either. I know several people who got pregnant, more then once, and never had any problems because their belly buttons were pierced. If it bugs you, you just take it out and it heals. I would be careful of nipple piercing if you plan on someday breast feeding, although this one is just an assumption on my part.

As long as she takes care of it and *a skilled person* thinks the location is ok, then she can go for it! Have fun!

We'll she shouldn't perice her Virgina!! How many of them is she getting. If you want her to get it at that spot then go ahead. But some pericings hurt and cost money but, it's her body.

Belly-button. It can cause complications after and/or during pregnancy. May even prevent pregnancy.
