As the premier animal poison control center in North America, the APCC is your best resource for any animal poison-related emergency, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. If you think that your pet may have ingested a potentially poisonous substance, make the call that can make all the difference: (888) 426-4435. A $55 consultation fee may be applied to your credit card.

Seasonale is made up of 30 micrograms of ethinylestradiol and 150 micrograms of levonorgestrel in each pill. I am assuming she ate the active pills?

Death is not likely to occur in HUMANS from an overdose of these compounds but not 100% positive about dogs. If it was recent then I would have your dog vomit as it is safe to vomit these compounds up.

In induce vomitting give your dog hydrogen peroxide. I would start with a tablespoon. Force her to drink it by pouring it down her throat. Wait 10 minutes. If she does not vomit give her more.

If it was not recent and she is not showing any signs of trouble then she is probably fine. Make sure she drinks enough and monitor her.

Please let me know the outcome. Good luck!

How long ago? Some vets have emergency numbers. Call yours to see if they leave the number on the answering machine. Chances are they will do nothing. Make sure you get your pills replaced so that YOU will have them. Good luck.
