Not anymore...you could've sued them before they placed the cups on a slip and put lids on them, if the coffee burns your mcnuggets now it means you were playing with your food...

i guess so, people sue over many trivial things you could probably find a lawyer who would get millions for something like that

idk but my dad told me about a girl from Florida that burnt her tongue on a cup of coffee and sued McDonald's 4 it so i guess you can.....now they have 2 put "caution this product may be hot" on all the cups
