Sounds like another bogus outfit that wants to sell you a book with your name in it, or invite you to a "conference" that is really a WAY, WAY overpriced vacation hotel.

The website says they want to charge you over $4000 for a conference that lasts 5 days! hahahah! That's a good one!

If you were chosen, who chose you? The President of your University? The United States government? Or these guys who picked your name out of a hat and wrote to see if you would ante up some money.

Check with the Dean's Office or President's office of your university to see if they think this is a legitimate deal or not.

I suspect the place is... legit enough. But it seems like those fancy envelopes all girls get in the male from the age of 14 on about how somebody nominated you for the Miss. Teen_____. Most likely, all kinds of people received it and they wait for someone to bite. Plus, if you were going to represent the COUNTRY and then UNIVERSITY YOU would have to apply. Things like that take application processes. I'd probably just forget about it.
