If you let them! Why are you asking these questions here? This is the LGBT board? Since I am bi I might be able to answer you. I think it is the fact that the women has the power to say yes or no. Like in your question above, girls get pregnant!

Actually men have just as much if not more power over women. Women are attracted to a man's personality more than his looks. So it's important to behave in an attractive way. The misconception that men have of their own powerlessness is because men no longer play the role of "strong" male. Wishy-washy romantic comedies tell men that it's okay to act weak and insecure when this is the complete opposite of what women are attracted to. Confidence and being "hard to get" will attract women. So if you reverse her game and don't return her calls, you'll have all the power and she'll be more attracted to you.
