How can i do the advance fast ddr moves?

as soon as i get 2 the heavy part, i cant do it! its too fast and theres so many arrows to step on at the same time!pleaz help me! i need 2 get better

You have to practice the segments of them. It is way too fast to be looking at the screen and then telling your feet where to go. Most of the best players have move sequences memorized.
