Maybe it was that time of the month and she had been working so hard to get ready for her part that she was too tired to wash her face for a couple of nights them all of a sudden she woke up and was like....oh crap I'd better go to the dermatologist now but it was saturday so the office was closed but she had to be on the set anyway and the make-uo artist was sick so they sent someone else to cover for her but he wasn't as good......well maybe

I'm sure that most of hollywood looks this way without all the airbrushing and make up. Anyone can get acne.

since she is an actual human being, she may have a breakout now and then. just because stars are expected to look great all the time doesn't mean there isn't a day that they go without makeup, or have a few pimples

I think those are moles and what different does it make if she has acne. Acne isn't contagious.
