No it is not as far as i know... but the best is Psyllium
Name: Psyllium Husk..
Best Colon cleaner ever and is a Natural Remedy
The tiny seeds of the plantain, contain a fibre called mucilage. Mucilage absorbs a great deal of fluid in the gut, the seeds swell and add bulk to the stool.
The bulk presses on the walls of the colon, inducing the muscles to contract and the stool is passed. It is very important to drink at least eight full glasses of water a day, or the digestive track will become blocked and uncomfortable.
Psyllium also removes the sticky mucus and toxins from the bowel. They reduce acidity and increase urine flow.

No, sorry. The best colon cleansers have to do with whole grains and vegetables. Eating short grain brown rice has an added benefit of helping you to lose weight. High fiber diets include lots of vegetables and plenty of whole grains, oat groats, brown rice, buckwheat, bulgar, hard winter wheat berries, etc. All of these contribute to colon health and overall health.
Fruit also has high fiber, but it has a drawback in that as you get older, the sugar content of fruits can be daunting. As a diabetic, I can't eat fruit in large amounts, but apples contain high amounts of fiber and lower amounts of sugar, along with berries. These are good, high fiber choices for desserts.
Keep in mind that any food, taken out of it's original form, is going to be harsher on the body and cause bloating, gas and other side effects. If you want to enjoy your colon cleansing, then work with the foods that you eat, changing your diet is the best way to health and fitness!

To the best of my knowledge, vinegar is not a colon cleanser. Vinegar is an acid with a low PH which would not be suitable for colon cleanser. I have visited natural health stores & saw several "colon cleanser" products on the shelf. If you desire to clean your colon, I suggest you research various products before trying any method. Are you going to have a medical procedure involving the colon? If so, there are products on the drug stores shelves manufactured just for this medical procedure.
