to many diet pills/ alcohol/ maybe other drugs (prescription not the illegal kind)/ and some anorexia or bulimia to boot. a deadly combo.

I have a sneaky suspicion that Stern had something to do with it. Think about it...son dies....who do you think was number 1 on her will?? Okay and then if she dies if next goes to baby girl and since the girl is underage it will go to the father of the baby. And on that note he is not the father that is why they won't let the baby come out the Bahamas bc then the US will order a paternity test. Also a friend says that at first Stern was sweet to Anna then after the baby was born and he claimed he was daddy then he started bossing her around and isolating her.

From interviews through the years it is my opinion it would definitely be drug related. In addition, 39 year old women just don't 'drop dead' and why would she be traveling with a nurse. Saw an e entertainment clip of wednesday nite when Anna attended a wrestling match and it looked like her lips were huge. Possibly injections to the lips? Possibly post some type of plastic surgery? Most likely drug related. Sad.... but perhaps her baby will stand a chance.

Anna Nicole Smith died from over drugs abuse. that is why she just fell face first to the ground.that is how her son died! I wonder who will be taking care of that kid she just had i heard the father wants nothing to do with it since the mother died he might want it now !!!!!

She cme from a messed up background, she lived a chaotic life and she just went through some very traumatic and emotionally draining experiences, I think it has to be drug facilited, maybe she went too far this time. I was not as shocked as you might think when I heard, 45 min after it actually happened, I was in the same city at the time. I found myself just really interested, but it seemed almost "normal" for her.

Frankly, I am at a loss to explain why so many people are interested in her life. She was an insecure, self-indulgent narcissist who made no positive contributions to society.

she died its a tragedy for her daughter but its being treated as a circus court tv msnbc all of em should let it go its a shame we obsess about anna nicole but dont worry bout what might kill our children

She's dead. Who cares?
People think it's so tragic that her daughter will never know her. These must be the same people who think that parents who hate each other and fight all of the time should stay together for the kids.

i think she drank too much, my first thought was that she O.D but since they found no illegal drugs in her system, im going with the drinking. But thats just me.
