how long does it take for it to fix by using herbs only...not liek cancer but say lots of toxins parasites depression?

Chronic usually means an ongoing problem with no real cure. If you have parasites get medical attention, natural cures are fine for some things but parasites can rob you of many things like nutrition, minerals, your health and peace of mind as well as cause you symptoms. Get it taken care of now. Toxins are another thing, drink lots of water, eat well and remove the toxins from your environment and take care of yourself. Depression can be treated and pretty well. Get mental health and do all you can to get out of it. If your living arrangements are causing you to stay depressed try to change them, get out and help someone else, it makes you feel better. Get your mind off yourself and think of someone else and their problems, you may forget about yours for a while. Pray, God helps those who ask and are willing to try to help themselves. Get to church. Listen to music that is uplifting and encouraging. Take active steps to improve the way you live, it will help your state of mind. Love coming your way now.

you're talking about three different things: Toxins, Parasites, and depression. Each of them has it's own protocol to be followed. The length of the treatment is related to severity of the problem.
