Thats happened to me before too. What I did was put them back through the rinse cycle by themselves. It gets the lint off.

Don't think so - but it should set the color and prevent some fading. To remove lint - use some heavy wrapping tape wrapped with the sticky side out - around your had and work it over the lint covered areas. change the tape as it becomes covered with the lint - repeat til you are happy

Hi, i doubt if vinegar will remove lint.
I bought, at Walmart, a sort-of shaver for clothing - it has big holes in and you swril it over the fabric and it shaves off the lint. This also works great on bobbles on fleece clothing too.
Unfortunately its about $20 but lasts a lifetime - dont get the battery one, but one that plugs in.

Hmm lint, sure u did not leave something in the pocket.. I would not use vinegar.. That will not get rid of lint.. Run them thru again and then if still not clean.. Use sticky tape.. I think that its salt u use to set color in jeans.. I use to just redye black ones..easy to use rite liquid dye...

yes vinegar will help to remove lint and set your colors. Add about one cup to your rinse cycle. Make sure its white vinegar.

Yeah, big mistake. You can use a disposable razor to take off any larger lent and then wash inside out with dark colors and lots of fabric softener and use the razor on them while wet if you still see it, lay them flat and put something stiff like cardboard in between to make it easier to shave off the lent. I hope this helps, it works on sweaters really well.
