That's something I could never understand. I don't even think that All-You-Can-Eat restaurants are that great of a deal unless you have a huge appetite. I've never been able to understand five or seven-course meals either, unless you plan on staying for three hours or more. Unless you are in Vegas or something the buffets usually have dried-up mediocre food anyway.

I think you should eat your moneys worth because what the point. if its a buffet it normally costs quite a bit and you dont just wanna have a little plate cuz then for ones theres like no point and also becauseits a waiste of money

I went to one today. I only had one plateful, plus a small dessert. It was enough, and filled me up, but I did feel like I should have stuffed myself. I've done it before. I used to be able to hold four or five platefuls, but I can't do that any more. Thank God.
