Whether new episodes of cartoons are made is based on one thing: money. This is especially true on Cartoon Network, who charges big bucks for advertising dollars. When the network finds that the ratings for a show are going down, they very seldom renew it for more episodes. New episodes of cartoons can take 3-6 months to make, and that's a lot of time and money to pump into what's considered a flop if it isn't causing kids to beg their parents for toys/cereal/music based on commercials. Cow and Chicken simply wasn't pulling in kids like it once did.

Recently, according to AnimationInsider.net[1], Cow and Chicken, among many other Cartoon Network shows from the 1990's, will be available on DVD in the fall of 2007. Cartoon Network has not yet released any other information on the subject of Cow and Chicken specifically.

Cow And Chicken ended in and is no longer on Cartoon Network, but i think Boomerang.
C&W is shown sometimes on the Top 5 Cartoons and Cartoon Cartoon Show aswell.

I don't know, I think that it just got replaced by newer shows. I think this summer I seen it on like at 4 am or something like that. Maybe look on Cartoonnetwork.com and click on schedule.
