No justice would be to put duct tape on their hands and feet, douse them in gas, and putting them inside an oven. Thanks for making me sick by the way.

No, it's not justice, nor is it justice when a parent murders their child and gets a slap on the wrist. Judges are becoming more and more lenient. Too bad they don't put some of these creeps in the neighborhoods with the judges! Tougher laws need to be passed, and strictly enforced. There is a man here in Missouri that got 10 years for beating his infant child to death. We are horrified to read about the crimes that are happening in this country, but when the creeps are given extremely light sentences, we don't complain to our government officials. Hopefully the two brothers will meet big bad Bubba in prison, and I hope they get a visit from him every single night for those ten years!

there are healthy brothers (thank g-d) and there are sick brothers in this world. the person who is asking has to understand that the brothers belong definitely to the second category i.e. "sick" brothers.! and the case ends there and justice takes over and it hopefully prevails. I have a dog -- I would have been harsher if I were the Judge. now up to the readers of this question to let "steam off" but the poor dog did not deserve to die that way! i rest my case and the dog rests too.

Girl in California got probation and house arrest for throeing her new born baby in a trash bin. So by comparison 10 years for a dog seams slightly excessive. There are a lot of animal that wind up in our ovens and it quit alright.
