COLTS - they dominated both the offensive and defensive lines of scrimmage. The Colts played power football with the Bears by running the ball for 191 yrds. Peyton took what the Bears gave him. The real Super Bowl was the AFC Championship game between the Patriots and Colts - what a game !

Between the Colts and the Bears, the Colts deserved to win, but the Patriots should have been there. The pass interference call against Ellis Hobbs in the end zone was specious. He never touched the receiver. Just crying over spilled milk.

Obviously the Colts were the better team. They out played the Bears.

Colts deserved to win it.I thought the Bears were better but the way they played that game made me think otherwise.Colts had some 1st quarter troubles but only gave up 3 points the rest of the game.If it weren't for the Bears defense and special teams it would have been a blow out.

between bears and colts? colts definitely. despite the dislike towards the mannings, i think that peyton would have to some time, in his career, lead the colts to a win; this was an easy one, as the rex grossman just ruined everything for his team.

Colts. Who cares if the Bears had 1 less loss, they didn't play the Broncos, Patriots, Ravens, Bengals, and Eagles.

Colts won because it was fate and the Colts QB was good.....not the bears QB

ok...the Bears could've won if their defense was a little stronger in the second half and if Grossman was a little more confident in himself. Also,I think they could've let Griese play for a couple of minutes and we could've gotten more yardage but then we would still have to worry about interceptions with Griese's butterfingers.
But clearly the best team won. So go colts. (Waving her Chicago flag in shame).

That's dumb...Colts won win it counted...they deserved it...it's not about the best regular season record, regular season doesn't mean squat...just ask the Chargers and the Bears.

I would have preferred the Bears to win, but they didn't deserve to win the way they were playing, so the Colts should (and did) win.
