On IE7 how do you send a link to a page to your desktop?

You can just drag the icon that is in front of the http:// onto your desktop. It will make a shortcut on the desktop to the page that you are on.

Right click it and save link as, then choose the desktop as the path

right click the page you would like to go to your desktop and click 'create shortcut'

Done!
