We have to turn are heads to the right to read any-thing. Like the "X" is in the bottom right hand corner. We tried the button's that are on the moniter. We tried going into the properties, nothing worked.

Sounds like you've accidently modified your video card's rotation option...
Look in your Taskbar (bottom right hand corner) or, in your case, most likely bottom left hand corner) for your video cards Icon and click on it and look for ROTATION Options.
