I think presently they are splitting it between Vince and Coach, as you only see them on Raw. They have not been on SmackDown in a long time and only recently has Vince gone on ECW.
There were huge rumours that Shane McMahon was going to take over the Raw GM character role, but I think they are preferring to keep him in a head office role rather than a on-screen role. He will most likely only make the odd appearance like he did in the DX story line this year.

I`m telling you that raw is managed right now by Eric Bishoff.
They`re just keeping that as a secret for a grand unveiling in the future.
