Theres this drink called sustagen which makes you put on weight. Bodybuilders use it to gain weight and also protein bars and stuff.

Proteins are required for building muscles, so having high protein food like eggs, milk, peanut butter, protein shakes will help you in gaining weight. Starchy foods contain a lot of carbohydrates. You can find more information at http://www.toloseweight.org/gainweight.html

I am a guy, and underweight. Talk to a doctor. As it turns out, the root cause of my weight being low is Crohn's Disease. You may have a similar cause!

Regardless, what my doctor did was put me on a feed called Tolerex. Ask your doctor about it. It is a very high calorie drink. Also mention Peptamen. (It is similar.)
