cut off the curtain, then you can wrap it around your neck and wear it as a scarf

Cut the curtain, then unscrew the piercing. Take the curtain down if you must. If you can't still get the curtain off, then try to get someone to help you.

Set the curtains on fire. That way the fabric will get out of the ring. :P
No, just cut the peice of the curtains out and go to a mirror to take it out.
