I am a PA. Men stop growing by 21. Hormones help on before the growth plates close by 21. There is a costly radical surgery where he leg bones are cut and stretched apart with external fixators. You can add 2 inches this way as the bones regrow. it is a long painful process due to the stretching, fixation, and rehab. And for months you can do anything. Did I mention you would be in constant pain.

My grandson is only 5' 7" and the girls fall all over him. Of course he has the greatest personality. There is always hope though, my brother-in-law swears he was no taller than this until he want in service and was about 26 before he ended up 5' 11" tall.

It is impossible. There are many scams out on the internet and many things that claim to add inches, but all are false and a waste of money. At 25 you are pretty much done growing, so be happy where you're at. And where you're at, is perfectly fine.

No. And for a person of 25 years of age, you should be ashamed of yourself for not being better educated about a simple topic.
