Did you return your rock? Did your luck improve? We did not know the legend and took a small lava rock in September. We have had terrible financial and health issues since our return. We are mailing the rock back on Monday. It is worth a try.

An interesting question to say the least. The rational side of me says it's a load of crud. A rock is a rock, and has no effect on the probability of anything in your life.

Anyway when I visited Oahu, the locals seemed a little more supertitious then I was. They talked about mana and stuff like that and how doing this or that would affect your luck.

Hey ya know what, do an experiment, take 100 bucks to Vegas and gamble it away (see how long it takes). Then go take a lava rock from Hawaii and go back to Vegas and see if you lose your $100 faster or slower then before.

Once the rock is returned your luck will improve. Ask the Goddess of the volcanoes to forgive you and make a donation to a children's or eldery charity. She visits Hawaii in 3 forms, a young girl, young woman and an eldery lady. Next time you visit be sure to give her chocolate or a toy. Flowers too. Their will be places near the volcanoes for you to place them.

No, my bad luck started when I took a tiki carving from a cave in Hawaii. Then a series of hilarious misfortunes and hijinks followed. Oh wait, that was an episode of the Brady Bunch, never mind!

Hmmm.. that's a good one. There is the volcano goddess - her name is Pele. She is not a living person though. Just a myth. Perhaps Pele didn't like it when part of her house was shipped off? You might want to check on the internet aboutr myths and legends of volcanoes and especially Pele. Who knows.

Financial and health issues often aren't problems because of bad luck. Perhaps it would be a good idea to see a good financial advisor and eat right. Just a well-meant suggestion. I wish you well. really.

What a waste of time and money. It is just a rock. I have a couple from our visit. Rocks are inanimate objects.
