what matters is how it TASTES and if it fills u up.
if u r worried about fat and ..........!
run about 30 min( 4miles) every day and swim for about 1/12 hr once in a week. this will do it! don't waste u r money buying pill and all kinds of junk.

In N Out Burger

You can do a 4 by 4 (which is 4 patties of meat and 4 slices of cheese) instead of their regular "Double Double".....or you can do a 6 by 6.

The biggest I've seen someone order is a 100 by 100.

I think the best award must go to In N Out just because they'll make such an outrageous monstrosity as a 100 by 100.

You'll get the BEST burger at Red Robin but....out of those places I'd say Burger King but there are no Jack in the boxes or In n outs in my area so I have never had those two types

I think Burger King has a better variety of Burgers to offer. As a matter of fact, Burger recently banned trans fat from their foods.

Personaly I like Wendys burgers, Burger kings Onion Rings. Macdonalds has gone way down in my book.

In n' out... without a doubt... making my mouth water just thinking of the days, 8 years ago... when I lived close enough to go through the drive thru.... Miss those burgers.

If you even mentioned In n' Out that must mean your from Cali. So you should know those are the best as far as taste and freshness, but if you're lookin' to get full I'd go with Carl's, Double Bacon Western Cheeseburger is my fav. mmmmmm....
