I think my heaviest day will be a day where I will be in an all day dance showcase wearing a white leotard so I need extra good tampons. recomendations?

well if i used tampons i would get the platex sport and wear a pantyliner for backup maybe.

Even though I dont have my period any more due to a complete hysterectomy...I chose Playtex Lights they are commonly used for those light or in between times of your cycle...dont use the super but try the regular and if that is too much then switch to the playtex light gentle glide

Get the playtex sports tampons. or just get super ones and change them in between performances!! (dont u hate bein a girl at times like these?)

i play a lot of sports and the best that seem to work for me is the tampax sport. i don't leak at all and they are good for all day thing like dancing of jamborees.

I suggest DETTIE you can find them at safeway mainly and they are the best better than playtex and tampex, and cheap

Pretty much the 'super' variety of any brand, just don't use those Pearls ones... they are a deathtrap!!!

Also, ask you Ob/Gyn how you can use birth control pills to skip a period.
