How do I check the settings to see if my laptop is bluetooth compatible?

Right click on My Computer, go to Manage, click on Device Manager to see if have any bluetooth devices. If it's disabled, just enable it.

Might want to check mfr specs on the PC to see if it came with bluetooth. If not, you can add a BT dongle for real cheap.
