Does anyone else notice this about the band HIM?

That their lyrics, especially in Dark Light, have a biblical reference? Like in the song Killing Lonlyness, "the venomous kiss you gave me" could that be a reference to Judas's betraying kiss to Jesus? and many other songs are like this too... or am i wrong about all this?

i think that some of them are biblical references but maybe it is completely by accident.
