As often as needed which is almost never. Being blessed with an extraordinary sense of humor I find reasons to laugh at what could bring others to tears. When others are crying more than is good for them in a tough situation, I'll find nice ways to make them laugh [and have a bit of reputation because of it]. There's very little that I've experienced worth worrying about or shedding tears over. If there's anything I can do to help with a problem I like to focus on that [often stops others' tears]. If there's nothing I can do to make it better I accept it as a fact of life. What I often do is be fully present when others cry, being one safe place where they can download their feelings. I'll offer input, as appropriate, aware that just being there with them is uniquely comforting. Investing a bit of time, effort and energy that way is as therapeutic, including for me, than crying. If I can find a humorous twist to any situation, however grievous, that's what I do. Takes the edge off even the toughest of situations when we simply lighten up a bit and laugh.

Well it mostly depends on the situation. But sometimes all of a sudden I think of something sad and I want to cry. But sometimes I don't cause all that is in the past and I know better than to go back there. So why do u ask?

As often as I need to. I don't care what people think, crying is a very healthy way to release pent-up feelings and cleanse the soul.

Tears produced while weeping or crying are due to emotional stress. These tears are commonly associated with negative emotions like physical pain, depression, grief or being hurt. More details and information at http://eye-care.in/tears.html

I cry often. Many things can trigger it, such as, a real life event or even a movie.
