I've had paypal for several years and they haven't sent me any kind of postal mail or even called me. I get emails from them from time to time, but nothing else. They just use your address if you use them as a payment service when you are selling something on the Internet. That way they can send you your money that you get from the person that you sell something to. Also, you can deposit money in paypal yourself (for instance, if you want to save for something special) and you can request that money back whenever you want it back. Then they have your address to send that money to you. Other than that, they only send you emails.

no, there is no minimum stability req. They cost you expenditures for accepting money from ebay customers and what no longer. Its like 50 cents and then is going up counting on the quantity you recieve. with a view to get ur money you have got it transferred to ur financial corporation account besides the undeniable fact that it takes 3 or so days. once you had the account for 60 days u can persist with for a paypal debit card.

I've been using Paypal for about 3 years now. I have never received any mail or phone calls to my house... I think they use it for account verification, but I'm not sure.

They won't call or mail you anything. The address is so that there is a confirmed address on file for when you buy items on Ebay...and it will prefill this info to the seller so they can mail the item to you without hassle. Some sellers do not sell to Ebay Users with no confirmed address.

I think they use your address just to verify your credit card information. I've used the service for years & never received anything in the mail. Nor have I received a call except when I used the debit card to pay for an expensive trip & their fraud prevention department contacted me.

no postal mail, and very little emails.. and they will absolutely not ask for reverify of your password or personal information, plus, they will stop the payment if you did not get the purchase. lastly the got a pretty good debit/credit card programs as well. i've been a member since 2001.
