The kid's name is not Stinky Peterson, it's Brainy. Hopefully your talking about the kid with the glasses and a yellow mustard shirt who likes to stand behind helga whenever she is day dreaming about arnold. He's the one that gets punched.

If he's the one Helga's always punching after (usually) secretly professing her love for Arnold, and then he shows up with his heavy breathing, then yup, it's definitely Brainy.

Yes I am a kid so i was about 5 yrs. old. Arnold is a boy who always wears a had all the time. He was told that his parents where exploring a jungle. He lives with his relatives: Grampa, and some other people. Family.
