ok how would i get this picture to be a link i'm not used to this type of code normally i would just make it an but its different format of HTML..????

A background image isn't clickable. However, you could attach the link to the element that contains the background image. Should accomplish the same thing...?

Both of the previous posters are wrong. There is no way to link a background image. You either bring the image out from the background and link it, or create a transparent image the same size as the background image and link that.
