hi jackie,
what you are experiencing is perfectly normal and what that brown blood is, is old blood and that is ok. just don't worry yourself about it.......that really used to happen to me quite often. and sometimes that won't happen to me at all. but do not worry, just be a happy kid, and just go with the flow.....no pun intended........

This is normal to spot after ur period. It is old blood from ur period and then about once or twice a year ur uterus will shed its lining, dont worry that is normal too. My suggestion is when u spot the brown blood have ur mother or sister show u how to do what is called douching for when the spotting is done this will help with the cleansing of the uterus. When ur uterus sheds its lining dont panic its suppose to do that, when it does it will come out like a blood clot sort of big and either red or brown in color, this is normal, just take the clot (if it hangs from the opening of the vagina nearest where u urinate from)and throw it in the toilet, if it drops in the water and does not hang from u its ok just flush it. If u cramp very bad when u spot I recommend u go to ur obgyn and ask for help.

This is a normal and very irritating thing. Your hormone levels are changing and as they do, your period reacts. This may only be for one cycle or every cycle. You can talk to an obgyn to see if birth control pills will help. They can reduce the length and severity of your flow. Also, stress plays a huge roll in your period. Talk to a doctor if you can...good luck.

yes it is normal... my always went very lite (spotting) to heavy and if the blood is on the pad for a while without new blood coming out it looks brown but it is really just dried blood.. when you are really stressed out it will cause your period to last longer or even stop and start up later again..

Welcome to woman hood. you will desire to tell your mom or your known care giver relating to the recognizing so she/they are able to grant help to with the arrangements on your first era. you will choose pads/tampons, which ever you go with is sweet for you.
