Under what circumstances would you consider telephoning, writing to, or going to see a client who has written a letter of complaint about service he/she has received from your organisation.

Picture yourself in the client's shoes. Don't you think you would like to get an answer? I would.

My opinion: do not telephone or visit him/her. What you should do is answer the letter AT ONCE.
