practise absolute focus, exercise mind and body at the same time, never seperate them. As one, they will know exactly what to do and show amazing intuition.
Develop full body power by exercising in every way you feel possible. Invent new exercises regularly, trust me, there are many. Use a rope for instance..you can develop your back muscles like you wouldn't believe. This helps build other muscle groups more efficiently. Run, jump, ride etc...there's always a new potential to refine. One skill will give more power to another one & vice versa. There really is no limit.
Bruce Lee said "The less effort, the faster & more powerful you will become."
“All fixed set patterns are incapable of adaptability or pliability. The truth is outside of all fixed patterns
If you always put limit on everything you do, physical or anything else. It will spread into your work and into your life. There are no limits. There are only plateaus, and you must not stay there, you must go beyond them.”
“As you think, so shall you become.”
“Ever since I was a child I have had this instinctive urge for expansion and growth. To me, the function and duty of a quality human being is the sincere and honest development of one's potential.”
“As long as I can remember I feel I have had this great creative and spiritual force within me that is greater than faith, greater than ambition, greater than confidence, greater than determination, greater than vision. It is all these combined. My brain becomes magnetized with this dominating force which I hold in my hand
“Man, the living creature, the creating individual, is always more important than any established style or system.”
And finally : “Let the spirit out - Discard all thoughts of reward, all hopes of praise and fears of blame, all awareness of one's bodily self. And, finally closing the avenues of sense perception, let the spirit out, as it will.”
Good luck!

A superman is a living human being with the same type of blood and veins as each one of us have. To become a superman one has to be a true human being inculcating the qualities of helping others, cooperation, coordination and confluence amongst the masses. Mahatma Gandhi Is an example who can be considered as a superman by all the criterion.
Therefore, to become a superman , please get rid of caste, creed, religion, race, region, state, country, and consider the whole world as your domain to serve the humanity. May God bless you.

Some would argue--Neitzsche among them--that to become a superman or "ubermensch" on earth, all one really has to do is to achieve such perfection in thought and deed that you gain, courtesy of your dedication to yourself and your duties as you best know them, the right and privilege to act as a "god among men".
I'd humbly submit that this makes the task impossible, since you are aiming for perfection, but on your own terms, while at the same time trying to make those terms as noble and duty-bound as possible. See the contradiction? If you define your perfection entirely from *your own limited, currently imperfect self*, you risk becoming a sociopath, like Hannibal Lecter at best. But...if you think *entirely* from what is noble or correct in terms of your duties to humanity and society, you end up losing yourself and becoming just another "good little drone" working at Wal-Mart, which is not *anyone's* definition of godhood, sorry. And the way Neitzsche himself put it--at least according to the best translation I could find--that isn't the only or even the biggest of the contradictions in the hypothesis.
The Biggest one is that you have to find an *extreme* or perfect position somewhere in a *unique middle* or Golden Mean that is best both for *you yourself* and for *your sense of noble, honorable duty* at once. Would this be possible for a normal human, or merely a Job for Superman, so to speak? Are we talking about something people can do, or is this just a *descriptive* of what the Ubermensch *routinely do*?
Got a headache following that? I sure did. So here is my take on it. Well, my take from what I understand of Lao Tzu and some fairly good translations of the _Tao Te Ching_.
If you want to attain perfection at something, say a skill, there are four steps everyone should take:
--You learn how to do the skill. Obviously. Most folks never fully get past this first stage in their endeavors.
--You then *master* the skill. You get good enough at it that the world, or at least a large chunk of it, is aware of your skill and knows you are not just good at it, but supremely good.
--You then *forget* the skill. Think of what Michael Jordan was doing when he tried to play professional *baseball* for a while...maybe he really was trying to spread out into a second sport, but....the net effect was not so much about learning baseball in the end, was it? It was about forgetting the basketball. It was about *not* being the Master for a while, and just being....well, just being *this guy*. Just being.
--Then, once the skill is forgotten for a long enough period of time, you *become* the skill. As in, you don't have it, it doesn't have you, it simply *IS* you, like a part of your body, like something you were *born* able to do, like Walking or Talking or Seeing (and no offense is meant to anyone with difficulties doing any of those things, those are examples of things healthy people are born *able* to do).
Most folks simply don't have the time, dedication, or desire to even *master* a skill anymore. Never mind mastering it, then forgetting it, then returning triumphant with it as if it were always there.....
But. If somehow you were able to find some critical things, that would change your strength, or intellect, or speed, or something else, and heighten them so far above the norm that it seems otherworldly, then you might seem to be superhuman. If doing that didn't just re-define "human" upward in context, the way Jordan's scoring ability did for basketball, that is. ^_-
The catch is....how do you break down the things that seem like superhuman abilities, like say flying under one's own power, no wings required, and break them down into a skill set that one can learn, master, forget and then become? Do you do it by learning a mean dunk in basketball, or is there more to it than that?
Yeah, I know, I sound like I've been reading way too much, and watching *way way* too much _Heroes_ on NBC, among other things....but I'm just saying....*becoming more human than a human* from a position of normal humanity isn't an easy proposition, even where it is doable. There is always the temptation to cheat and to find a "back door", whether that cheat is steroids or something more naturally occurring.
Like the lucky shirt a famous powerlifter wore the day he bench pressed 1,000 pounds. ^_^ Which wasn't so much "lucky" so much as it was reinforced to *support* his chest and arms during the endeavor.
But I Digress, sorry....point is, yeah, you have your work cut out for you unless you find some sort of cheat that doesn't get you killed in the long run for short-term gain....
Thanks for your time and patience, and I hope this helps some! ^_^
