Make sure your paper is set up as landscape. (File, page set up, landscape) Do three columns. (format, columns - then click on the picture of three columns)
It's probably easiest to create two documents. The first is one side of the tri-fold and the second for the back.
It might help to take a piece of paper and fold it creating a handwritten mock-up - so you can see what should go where.
Hope this is clear - it's kind of hard to explain. Good luck.

Set it up for 3 columns.. make the one on the left a tiny bit bigger than the other two so that when folded it will cover over the other ones.

Hi,
You just select three columns for your page. It'll automatically divide it up with a little margin between the three columns. It works best if you do it in landscape.
Good luck!

Microsoft.com has free trifold brochure templates that you can download and edit. I've down it and it's the easiest and fastest way.

I think there's a template. If you can't find it, then landscape the page and print in 3 columns.
