Once you get in the "real world", your minor doesn't count for crap.

If you want to go to an "easy" grad school; your MS likely won't, either.

Minors do not matter - no one's going to care what you minored in and it certainly won't win you any job.

You want some good advice? What you're doing now doesn't sound terribly worthwhile as a bachelors degree. Maybe you should consider a nice mainstream business-related major that employees look for -- Finance or Accounting. No one is looking to hire anyone who majored in "Organizational Effectiveness". You can get a job, but you'll be getting it despite your major, not because of it.

You might be able to go to grad school, but make sure you have all your prerequisites done, including math. Otherwise, your minor may give you valuable skills---but nothing you can get a job with.

My major in economics wouldn't get me anywhere if I weren't working on another degree too.
